Overview:

The Global LMS Training Coordinator  administrates and manages Abiomed’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training is deployed and recorded in adherence to GMP training practices and procedures across all Abiomed Sites. The coordinator will maintain the control of training records and quality system documents. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure our training programs and projects run seamlessly.

  Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

  •  Review both paper and electronic training forms to ensure good documentation practices; may result in coordination and communication between the business for necessary documentation corrections
  • Build, modify, and send training assignments using Abiomed’s Learning Management System (LMS) LOOP
  • Transcribe data from both paper and electronic forms into the LMS to document training completions and requests
  • Contribute and/or lead various Engineering Training projects to continuously improve the overall Abiomed Training program and procedures
  • Provide support in creating and revising internal written procedures related to Training
  • Support in developing training reports and provide support in internal audits, external audits by providing necessary documentation/ records as requested
  • Regularly report training program metrics and progress to leadership team and managers
  • Be a customer support liaison for various training requests and queries that come through our ServiceNow system
  • Work with the Quality Systems, Human Resources, and various department managers to identify training requirements and institute training plans for training new and existing employees
  • Responsible for maintaining training plans up to date for individual functional groups across the organization
  • Be knowledgeable of day-to-day operations and procedure
  • Assist management on departmental projects, as necessary
  • Other duties as specified

資格

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining electronic and physical records in a Medical Device or other regulated Industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is a MUST
  • Prior experience with LMS system is highly preferred
  • Strong SAP experience preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; must be detailed-oriented
  • Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner under general supervision
