IMPO Deployment Architecture Senior Manager
J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO) belongs to the Innovative Medicine (IM) Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.
The Senior Manager will provide leadership across key Principal operations data initiatives including new data integrations for Profit In Inventory, Inventory and intercompany sales within Datahub for IMPO activities and other management reporting initiatives across IM.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for the implementation of system architecture designs, ensuring their successful execution within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Evaluate and analyze existing system architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate and evaluate the progress of implementation projects, identifying any potential risks or issues, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and coordinate detailed testing and validation of implemented system architecture, ensuring adherence to JNJ programs (e.g. TransAct, TranSCend)
- Liaise and lead coordination on design requirements for key IMPO Finance Transformation with diverse groups, ensuring all relevant parties are involved e.g. JJT, IMPO COEs TranSCend, SigniFI, Supply Chain, PMO and Tax.
- Plan, design, and coordinate the execution and implementation of new Profit In Inventory, Inventory and intercompany sales data integration maximising Supply Chain planning tools and S/4 Finance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to system architecture implementation, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Partner closely with JJT, Supply Chain and FS&T team to implement technology solutions for external data sources such as OMP, EXA to facilitate planning, reporting, and data management.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership teams, keeping them informed of project achievements and potential risks.
- Participate in cross IMPO initiatives and drive continuous improvement of Financial cycles strategies, collaborating with the finance and business community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management plans and training programs to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and architecture changes.
- Handle ad-hoc projects related to the role or personal development plans.
Nitelik
- 7+ years of proven experience.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Economics.
Experience and Skills:
- Deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and data analysis.
- Expertise in planning and budgeting processes, with knowledge of planning and reporting systems.
- Strong influence and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and leadership abilities.
- Passion for exploring new technology and innovative ways.
Other:
- Strong English language skills both spoken and written
- IMPO locations preferred (Switzerland, Belgium and Ireland).
- Limited travelling required
