The Senior Account Executive builds relationships with key accounts within a territory. They develop business opportunities in the assigned portfolios, with the objective of achieving and exceeding the sales targets set. They are also responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to build customer advocacy and confidence in Johnson & Johnson as a preferred supplier.
This position reports to the Sales Manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and related activities
- Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and market share for target customers
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services
- Manage account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records
- Improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide improved service to customers which differentiate J&J from competitors
- Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals
- Keep up to date on disease, product, competitor and market knowledge
- Foster collaboration and partnerships between opinion leaders and the company
Nitelik
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business/Science/Engineering
- Minimal 3 – 8 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector with strong record, with a preference for experience in oncology or haematology
- Demonstrated resilience, desire to learn, openness and adaptability, attention to details and possess the desire to excel and grow
- Displayed excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Consistent track record of working in a collaborative environment and developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Shown ability to manage the needs of different stakeholders involved in the decision-making process
- Exhibited an ability to navigate uncertainty and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred
