Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Switzerland to support Policy Harmonization for Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland.
The Senior Project Manager will be part of the program towards harmonization for Johnson & Johnson Switzerland and will focus on the operationalization of the strategy. This will entail responsibilities as a PM in the oversight of multiple policies and practices to be harmonized across our different legal entities and branches through cross-functional interactions with Total Rewards, Legal, Campus Leadership, Employee Relations/Labour Relations, Payroll/Time & Attendance etc. This role will be part of a duration-based Swiss-based team dedicated to harmonization and will coordinate of PM activities that lead cross-functional teams through the implementation in the assessment, design, planning, execution and closure.
In this role, the resource will be expected to build positive relationships and to effectively lead through the cross-functional team in delivering the aligned project objectives.
We are looking for a person who has the passion to lead change, who has a strong background in project management and HR in Switzerland, and a proven track record of project delivery, is customer-centric, has excellent communication & presentation skills, and is adept in working within a matrix organization with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders. Has excellent time and resource management.
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Director, Strategic Project Leader. This role will be part of the Project team, and will work on a multi-year cross-functional plan and will interact with multiple stakeholders in HR, Legal and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and influencing skills. Effectively communicate results (benchmarks, recommendations etc.)
- Partner with key contacts across functions.
- Provides personal experience as well as Project management skills. Prior experience as a PM and managing project plans is preferred.
- Track record of building positive working relationships with people who work in a challenging environment.
Nitelik
- Experience delivering large-scale projects from concept through delivery and operations is required.
- Understanding of and experience in HR policies and practices in Switzerland is preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional matrix teams is preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively is required.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, and highly developed problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Resilience.
- Financial acumen.
- Track record of building positive working relationships with people who work in a challenging environment.
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audiences.

- Fluent in English, German and French is a plus.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
