- Develop brand messages and claims through consumer research and communication with related departments and external stakeholders
- Develop and manage marketing contents to deliver brand message to consumers
- Develop and execute national promotions that meet consumer needs
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for new product launches
- Building good relationships with external agencies to improve operational efficiency and provide new marketing knowledge to organization
- Set KPI and KGI for each marketing activities and perform tracking and reporting to grasp the gap in a timely manner
- Accelerate agile PDCA cycle by timely reporting and sharing the status of each brand

Qualifications
At least 3years experience in the marketing related experience is preferred
Strategic and logical thinking with problem solving mindset
Strong passion to win in competitive market / leadership to move projects ahead
Proactive mindset
Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)
