Overview
The position is responsible for developing sales strategies mainly for mail order sales, which account for nearly 70% of Dr. Ci:Labo's sales, as well as planning, producing, and implementing sales promotions, services, and events.
In addition, we plan, produce, and implement sales promotions, services, and events.
We also plan and produce accompanying productions, sales promotion items, goods, and accessories.
The position requires a sense of responsibility and initiative, as well as communication skills, and the ability to plan, conceive, propose, present, and apply ideas.

The manager of the group will be in charge of reporting on the planning, production, operation, and implementation of these projects, but for new projects such as promotions, services, and events, he or she will present the project at a meeting of the leaders of key departments throughout the company. The new projects must be aligned with the leadership team, including the president, and the cross-functional team.
When a decision is made to implement a project, the project will be shared and coordinated with the operations, owned media, CRM, and e-commerce departments, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a leader and group leader candidate for the following promotion tasks.

1) Planning and execution of promotional strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets in mail order sales
- Planning and drafting of product and sales strategies and tactics for mail order customers (newsletters, web, direct mail, etc.) *Creative ability to think from scratch based on market, competition and customer trends, and the ability to apply what has been done in the past to further brush up on what has been done before are required.
- The ability to analyze sales data and other data and consumer insights to develop plans.
- Planning, drafting, and production of sales promotion products
2) Planning and execution of customer services and events (subscription services and membership programs) to increase customer loyalty
- Planning and execution of customer services
- Planning and execution of customer service and events (regular mail services and membership programs) to increase customer loyalty.
3) Assist in developing sales targets for mail order sales

Nitelik

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or promotion/sales strategy and new projects. 
Industry experience in cosmetics, beauty or health care industry are preferred.
 
Required Knowledge/Skills
Experience in planning/marketing in the mail order business
Planning skills (zero-based, or with the skills to learn from past cases and formulate a plan)
Cross-functional collaboration skills and presentation skills (including document preparation)
Stakeholder management skills
Data analysis skills
Forecasting skills (a plus)
Experience in editorial/production work (a plus)
Direct marketing experience such as DM, newsletter planning, etc. (a plus)
English proficiency (business level English conversation skills a plus)

Able to take on challenges with a positive mindset even in difficult situations.
Good communication skills, flexible and not bound by stereotypes
Able to analyze numbers and information such as sales and customer trends, and use the data to plan next actions.
