The Finance Manager, MedTech Gross Profit Performance & Insights role will have responsibility for leading the consolidations, reporting and analysis of MedTech Gross Profit financial results. In addition, the successful candidate will partner with the MedTech Finance Leadership team to orchestrate E2E MedTech Gross Profit.
The MedTech Gross Profit Performance & Insights Manager will provide analytics into trends and changes in the profitability of the MedTech Sector Margin by analyzing various financial data and results. The successful candidate will be responsible for Global E2E gross profit financial analysis and reporting for MedTech Organization. This role requires a high level of planning, coordination, and partnership, and requires handling tight deadlines with multiple constituents. The position includes interaction with senior management and a variety of finance functions throughout the organization. Responsibilities include providing the MedTech Leadership with worldwide gross profit performance analysis, dashboards, and quarterly reports to support business decisions, and explain variance of actual results versus forecast and prior period actuals.
This position plays a meaningful role in the End-to-End GP orchestration for MedTech and is the key liaison between various team members to capture relevant profit drivers and improvement plans. The candidate will also apply knowledge and experience to continuously improve core processes requiring financial involvement, as well as enable directional predictive analytics insights.

- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Experience managing a team is required
- CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience is required, preferably with gross profit experience
- Experience in a matrix structure is preferred
- Strong financial analysis and systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint, General Ledger), the ability to adapt to a changing technology systems landscape, and ability to think analytically are required
- Ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are required
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong problem-solving skills are required
- This position is based in New Brunswick, NJ
- This position may require up to 5% local travel
