To assist with the growth of our contact lens business in the Nordics region we are seeking a commercial analyst who will partner across functions to support decision making, provide analysis and generate actionable insights to help us achieve our business objectives

Commercial Analyst Vision Care Nordics

We are seeking a placement student or a graduate to join our team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team and report in through our Analytics Cluster Lead UK & Nordics.

Objectives of the Position & Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Point of contact for sales tools and serves as internal help desk for Nordics sales team
  • Ensuring data integrity of our customer database and assigned pricing conditions
  • Review and sign off of compliance reporting related to pricing
  • Update of pricing tools for the commercial team
  • Handling of basic pricing questions from auditors
  • Managing territory lines and call targeting in CRM
  • Calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly customer rebates
  • Update of reporting tools and some basic daily / weekly reporting
  • Ensuring that certain reporting key requirements such as sales reassignments, territory assignments, customer master data etc. are correctly reflected
  • Review and sign off of compliance reporting related to pricing
  • Calculation of sales representative commissions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor degree equivalent would be considered beneficial or if the candidate is in the process of obtaining it
  • Strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot table, sumifs, VLookup, count, countifs) would be a plus
  • Self motivated, strong interpersonal skills, organized and able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in English (required), and in one Scandinavian language (beneficial but not necessary).
