[Summary]
Indirect Key Account Manager is to ensure achieving sales target by allocating timely available products to partner in short therm. He/she is also responsible for, by serving as an intermediary between brand and Wholesaler / customer, building sound partnership and smoothly implementing planned in the long term. As an Account Manager, you will be driving the sales performance for the Korea market, specifying, and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
[Responsibilities]
1. Lead and support development of sales, customer growth strategies, strategic account planning and successful execution of the strategies to meet the sales target
2. Strategic planning for strengthening key account or wholesaler partnership and developing new ones
3. Optimize the network through successful management of Sell-in / Sell-out / Stock balance of each partner with a strategy & action plans
4. Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
5. Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
6. Wholesaler quality control (Assessment procedure, system maintenance, training, CS)
7. Organize support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives.
8. Develop sales of products and searches for new areas and opportunities in which to sell existing products.
9. Review past trends and sales to customers to gain future sales.
10. Prepare reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
11. Inform company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning.
12. Review sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.
13. A clear understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degrees or above.
- 5+ years of sales experience in consumer goods/Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices business and wholesaler sales experience are preferred
- Experience in direct & indirect sales and sales management, at least 3 years of working experience as Key Account Manager or wholesaler managing is preferred
- Solid experience of working in a high performing B2B sales team is preferred
- Understanding of sales & business planning & relevant account
- Entrepreneurial flair, proactive, positive & innovative mind
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
- Good inter-personal relationship and proven customer management skills
- Strong analytical ability, problem solving and project management skills
- Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
- MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
