The Program
The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a two-year program that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.

Who We're Looking For
•Full-time position (IRDP) is available to participants who are completing their full-time MBA or Master’s degree in 2024 or maximum 12 months before.
•Must have Italy or EMEA permanent work Authorization
•Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Technical/Functional Skills Required
· Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine or economics or other related discipline
· Good Experience into Digital transformation, Change Management, Process Excellence, Project Management
Ø Preferred Background: - Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology
· Awareness of and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines.
· Strong leadership capabilities
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
· Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
