Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all manufacturing operations associated with Joints Reconstruction production at the Raynham site.
  • Will be responsible for leading, planning, and directing activities of department personnel, including Production Managers, Production Supervisors and Department Leads in order to meet and exceed overall departmental objectives.
  • Responsible for crafting a culture of development and inclusion, to retain talent and develop a robust succession plan throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for maintaining good communications and consistent policy application to employees on all shifts.
  • Responsible for overall planning, scheduling, manufacturing, and packaging of existing and newly developed products in areas of assignment in compliance with all regulatory and GMP requirements in an efficient manner and in accordance with planned budget.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards and production processes.
  • Responsible for proper maintenance of all production machinery by coordinating these functions as required with Facilities/Engineering Department.
  • Responsible for supporting and deploying the site transformation strategy.
  • Forecast machinery, material and equipment needed to meet requirements of new and existing products.
  • Analyze production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent operational delays.
  • Set the standards for performance assessment and feedback, effective communication, promoting positive morale and supporting employee involvement programs.
  • Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of integrity, ethics and compliance at all times.
  • Ensure EHSS objectives and targets are established for their employees as applicable to their role, training is assigned and completed timely, and procedures are implemented, followed, and supervised to ensure EHSS compliance.

Qualificações

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:


Required:

  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience.
  • Project Management experience and/or New product introduction experience.
  • Ability to build interdependent partnering relationships that facilitate the accomplishment of Operations goals/objectives.
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
  • This position is based in Raynham, MA and will require up to 10% travel domestic and international.

Preferred:

  • Senior Production Management experience preferred.
  • Healthcare/Medical Devices Sector experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, financial competence and a basic understanding of lean manufacturing technologies preferred.
  • Basic project management skills preferred.
  • Formal lean training and/or certification preferred.
  • Formal 6-sigma/process excellence training and/or certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a FDA regulated environment preferred

Other:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
