Role overview
Responsible for achieving product sales target to new and established accounts in the assigned territory. Responsible for delivering sales growth and greater market penetration.
General roles & responsibilities
- Achieves sales goal, delivers growth and market share in the territory.
- Identifies and develops new accounts (MD, government or institutional account) to help deliver sales target.
- Sets regular MD appointments to seek opportunities. Maintains and re-visits MD master list.
- Revives dormant accounts, provides solution to the identified challenges and maintains account’s sales contribution in the territory.
- Coordinates consistently with hospitals, distributors and JNJ patient access program lead to ensure product availability, effective implementation of patient access program and manages customer feedbacks accordingly.
- Coordinates closely with Marketing for planning and execution of local, regional and national promotional activities that are designed to create sales demands in specific product lines.
- Coordinates closely with MAF for planning and execution of local, regional and national CME activities that are designed to increase education for MDs on the disease management of the specific assigned product lines.
- Develops a tailor fit program in the assigned territory addressing the needs and providing applicable solution based on the available resources.
- Conducts product presentations regularly for HCPs and allied health professionals to increase education and disease awareness.
Qualificações
Role requirements
- Sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Track record of Sales Achievement being a Territory Representative or Product Specialist.
- Track record of Account development from previous role.
