Key Responsibilities:
- To provide clinical support to existing and new hospitals primarily within Indonesia.
- To communicate accurate information to physicians regarding all products and their indications
- To provide first class service and seamless supply to customers including training, stock checks, timely deliveries and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure all cases are performed successfully
- To abide in the correct usage & promotion of all Johnson & Johnson related products through regular training sessions and organized customer education sessions
- To be accountable for logistics efficiency in assigned hospitals through optimized management of inventory
- To communicate any potential business opportunities to Manager
- Will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and to all customers
- Educate customers on all products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings
- Creates awareness of business solutions and facilitates Sales Manager in engaging with key decision makers to drive incremental business
- Maximize customer case support capabilities through proper planning, communication and scheduling techniques
- Develop and share best practices with other clinical support colleagues. To assist in developing strategic partnership across other business units internally
- Other admin support for franchise & ad hoc assignment.
Qualificações
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or others (Bio Medical Science/Engineering etc)•Ability to work independently with high responsibility
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Strong customer management and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customer
- Ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail
- Preferably have a good track record on achievements
- Self-motivated, energetic and a team player
- Good command of English; speaking, reading, writing & presentation skills is required
- Able to travel
