For our Orthopedics business, we Are Looking For:

Business Unit Director Orthopedics France

Role's main responsibilities:

Implementation and execution of company BU strategies and translating them into specific local business objectives

Plan Country sales targets and phasing, ensure sales targets delivered and follow up progresses

Building and executing strong and consistent marketing strategy for key products based on agreed roadmap

Focus on creating strong Marketing Plans followed by execution to drive growth and profitability

Lead new product launches/marketing programs and drive execution aligned with marketing plan and EMEA strategy

Ensuring effective communication and execution of business strategies and tactics to the relevant sales team

Meeting all relevant Gross Profit and Opex targets and reaching other relevant business indicators(P&L Management)

Sales Team leadership:

o Management of Sales teams activity to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.

o People development, talent pipeline enrichment

o Team coaching and reviewing performance on an ongoing basis

Close cooperation with EMEA COE’s/ Franchise and local teams(ProfEd, KAM, HEMA, Support Functions) to accelerate

market penetration and improve patient care services

Be involved in business discussions on Management level, JJMD Board member, co-responsible for delivering JNJ MedTech business results.

Establishing and maintaining top-level contacts with KOLs and hospital management

Ensure all BU activities are in compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures

Demonstrate a customer-centric leadership style

Ensure customer needs and concerns are integrated into decisions related to short- and long-term objectives

Must build strong, strategic partnerships based on a combination of business and customer focus

Building Talent and promoting inclusive work environment

Communicating clearly and simply both internally and externally

Distill complex messages down to key points to share with critical stakeholders.

Team Management:

Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates the performance of Franchise managers/director positions.

Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed.

Works with members of the regional Franchise team to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.

Develop successors through setting specific development plans for the sales team.

Reinforce and leverage diversity& inclusion in the workplace to drive innovation and strong business results

Qualificações

Degree in Science/ Medicine and/or Business

10+ years of sales& marketing experience with successful track record of growth.

5+ years’ experience with BU leadership> 50 people/ 50M$

Strong P&L Management experience, including disposables, equipment& consignment.

International experience& cross-border roles

Fluency in English and French

Strategic thinking, aligning short term goals with long term strategic objective

Outward looking-Customer centric

Business and results driven with strong financial acumen

Interdependent partnering ability

Analytical skills with prudent risk taking
