The Associate Director, Market Research and Integrated Analytics - Immunology position will be primarily responsible for leading the integration and execution of market research and analytics to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for the Tremfya brand within Janssen North America. In addition, this role will part of the team to establish launch readiness for the JNJ2113 PsO treatment for a 2026 launch. This individual will serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, and broader business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action. The position will play a key role in guiding the Dermatology commercial team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, will share accountability for business results.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Identify, craft and complete market research and analytics which inform Dermatology marketing and sales strategy and tactics, both for the Tremfya brand and future JNJ2113 launch.
  • Leverage data and insight sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities, evaluate business performance, and access impact of marketing and sales tactics.
  • Determine optimal research and/or analytical approaches, identify appropriate supplier partners, develop strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing, and overall project goals.
  • Develop insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.
  • Find opportunities to embed StAT capabilities (Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, Patient Engagement, etc.) to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) with findings and insights developed by peers across the Strategic Insights & Analytics team.
  • Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects.
  • Drive a culture of simplicity to ensure business processes are streamlined and partners are provided on-demand insights that translate to action.

Qualificações

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of related professional experience is required.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets, is required.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
  • Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to integrate analytics and insights and then translate into actionable recommendations is required.
  • Knowledge across a broad spectrum of research and analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approaches to address key business questions is preferred.
  • Strong learning agility and proven success solving ambiguous business issues is preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a high level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Must have the ability to identify and define a problem with a focused approach to solving it.
  • This position will require up to 10% domestic travel.
