This individual will be helping to challenge the status quo and drive precise and purposeful medical engagement to improve patient care. To accomplish this, they will need the ability to influence decision making at senior levels while working collaboratively with teams across the JNJ IM organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the product owner and single point-of-contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions supporting medical field engagement across personal and digital channels
- Lead day-to-day relationships and projects with leadership, medical affairs teams, and other partners across the organization
- Become a trusted partner to medical affairs and analytics teams through understanding disease area priorities, uncovering unmet needs, and pro-actively finding opportunities for innovation
- Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships and facilitate organizational change required to ensure success and patient impact
- Advocate for change and foster progress in new ways of thinking regarding the role of analytics within medical affairs including collaborating closely with compliance, privacy, and regulatory partners
- Build scalable analytics solutions in partnership with Data Engineering and Data Science teams that support medical affairs strategy and address patient care needs
- Determine the impact of solutions & programs through leading and lagging indicators including establishing a measurement framework including critical metric measurement, dashboarding, and conducting A/B testing
- Build, evolve and manage impact measurement models to provide insights and recommendations to optimize medical efforts
- Prioritize and coordinate product enhancements and operations across team of contractors and internal partners to ensure efficient operations and continuous product improvement
Qualificações
Required Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting or related field is required
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required. Master Degree is preferred.
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning new things!
- Adaptability to shifting timelines and priorities
- Comfort influencing decision-making at leadership levels
- Past experience supporting medical affairs organizations is preferred
- Proficient understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their real-world advantages and drawbacks is required
- Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large datasets using SQL and basic statistical analysis using preferred languages (i.e. Python, SQL, R) is required.
- Solid understanding of open and closed claims data sources (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony Health, Truven, Optum, Komodo) with experience conducting patient analytics across funnel (demand generation, fulfillment, persistency) is required.
Other:
- This position is located in Horsham, PA and will require up to 15% domestic travel.
- The anticpiated base pay range for this position is $113K to $170K USD.
