  • Work with distributors to support sales services, analyze market situations, and assist in planning, and forecast orders and revenue.
  • Coach and share best practices with distributor commercial and marketing teams.
  • Support preparation of sales meetings and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the distributor's product and professional knowledge align with business plans.
  • Conduct presentations to distributor teams and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at networking events to enhance its profile.
  • Provide distributors with sales literature and advertising materials.
  • Monitor sales performance and work with various company functions.
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned markets.
  • Maintain awareness of external factors impacting the business



  • BA in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years in distributor or territory management in the Medical Devices, Optical, or Pharmaceutical industry -mandatory. 
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, and strong collaboration abilities.
  • High level of English (oral and written)

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
