Descrição

Responsible to lead Oncology and Hematology team and will collaborate with cross functional leaders to develop and execute commercial strategies and implement growth strategy for Oncology and Hematology portfolio as market leader in Vietnam.

Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute the portfolio’s strategy, ensuring alignment with Regional/Cluster’s strategy and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver short-to-mid-term business plans.
  • Allocate and supervise budget spending, investing strategically for growth while adhering to compliance regulations.

Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Lead the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns based on brand and product strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity and implement actions to capture growth opportunities.
  • Ensure launching readiness of products in pipeline.
  • Build positive relationships with key opinion leaders and stay informed on industry developments.

Sales and business development management:

  • Set target by territory and monitor actual performance vs target, identify opportunities for growth/expansion and take appropriate actions to capture the opportunities.
  • Identify targeted accounts, build and track critical metrics for business development.
  • Align sales and business development strategies and tactics with overall business objectives and brand strategies.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and implement appropriate approach to maintain market leader position.

Leadership & Development:

  • Coach and develop team members, encouraging talent and building capabilities.
  • Encourage and empower team to achieve bold goals.

Communication & Teamwork:

  • Possess strong communication and influencing skills to effectively present results and recommendations across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the business plan.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Pharmacy or Medical field).
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology/hematology therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated success in developing brands through building targeted strategies, managing lifecycles, and launching new products.
  • Proven records in leading and develop a diversified team.
  • Experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation (both in local and English languages), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
