The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of One Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions.

Key Account Manager, Vision care, POLAND

  Location: Poland (the candidate can be based anywhere in Poland)

As a Key Account Manager you will report to the National KAM and will be driving sales of Vision Care products: Contact Lens and Consumer Eye Health solutions in new and established key accounts. You will also work to ensure that J&J brands have fair share of category/growth within market.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

·       reaching sales targets with big J&J Vision Care customers (chains, eCommerce, wholesalers)

·        forecasting sales

·        preparing marketing plans and training programs to support growth with our customers

·        controlling budget

·        analyzing data and improving effectiveness of cooperation and investments by drawing right conclusions and making right decisions

·        meeting customers, building trust and good business relationship, both one-to-one meetings and in teams (organizing cooperation with key stakeholders)

·        setting plan of action for sales representatives to implement agreed actions in headquarters to store level

·        supporting sales representatives in key stores of managed chains by being with the in the field (at least twice / Q)

·        reporting results to National Key Account Manager and other management members


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

·       University degree (preferred majors: management, economics, marketing);

·       Proficiency in English (free communication + writing);

·       Ability to build (using insights), implement and coordinate strategy to work with Key Accounts (retail chains, Internet shops, wholesalers);

·       Experience with Joint Business Plans;

·       Highly-developed negotiating skills;

·       Ability to work within cross-functional teams (both internally and externally);

·       Creativity and initiative supported by past experience;

·       Proficiency in calculations and data analysis;

·       Excellent presentation skills;

·       Excellent time management and self-organization;

·       Resistance to stress and difficult situations;

·       Knowledge of the optical industry will be an advantage (not obligatory);

·       Readiness to travel long distances (whole Poland) and stay overnight if needed;

·       Driving license (active).
