·       Comprehensive service of tender process

·       Monitoring of tender announcements

·       Keeping public procurement documentation

·       Communication with the contracting authority

·       Effective cooperation with business departments

·       Monitoring and tracking changes in the Public Procurement Law

·       Cooperating with the Legal department, processing of annexes, contracts, appeals

·       Database service, preparation of reports

·       Understanding local regulatory compliance and the global J&J requirements

·       Data processing in Contract Manager system

Qualificações

·       University/Bachelor’s Degree

·       Communicative English

·       Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Excel)

·       Analytical thinking skills

·       Ability to work under time pressure

·       Attention to details

·       High level of energy, engagement and responsibility

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

·       Flexibility of work in the dynamic, changing environment
