Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an SAP Platform Integration Manager (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in Diegem, Belgium, Zug, Switzerland, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, or any other J&J Global Consumer Health Location.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.        
 
 It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.        

Job Description:  

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting an SAP Platform Integration Manager to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the EMEA ERP Product Line Owner.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for 200+ integrations per platform across the APAC and EMEA ERP Ecosystems 

  • Will ensure integrations and integration platforms (including Web Methods, SAP PI, Dropbox, etc.) are maintained to deliver the highest levels of end-to-end reliability 

  • Will ensure the migration of all ERP integrations safely from J&J to Consumer Health hosted platforms, where feasible, move from current integration technologies to new API-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft  

  • Will act as a conduit to the OneS4 program build of customer connectivity needs, logic, and processes in the next 2-3 years  

  • Identify any gaps and approve appropriate solutions 

  • Partner with Technology Services and other Technology partners (BTLs, Integrators, Technology Product Owners) to deliver all service milestones on time, cost, and quality according to agreed milestones and scope 

  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally and implement aligned solutions 

  • Partner with other Consumer Health business teams in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and R&D on all integration topics 

  • Resolve business and technical challenges and ensure the realization of business benefits 

  • Help shape and grow the Technology & Data organization to enable a global intake, build, and sustain a process that will drive parallel program releases and ongoing operations, projects, and enhancements for the OneS4 Program 

  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation 

  • Coordinate, lead, coach, motivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve 

Qualificações

Position Requirements: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain or Information Management 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories  

  • Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders 

  • Knowledge of technology trends and ability to apply this knowledge to existing business processes 

  • Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners 

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, and must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and deal with high levels of ambiguity 

  • Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders 

  • Capable of working as part of a team and on their own initiative 

  • Capable of changing priorities quickly and able to influence others to do so 

  • Ability to embrace changes and deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing business/IT environment 

  • Must have previous experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity 

  • Self-starter with collaboration abilities and along with the ability to shape/lead complexity 

  • Experience with Agile methodology and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
