Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Workforce Partnership Analyst (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.        
 It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. 

Job Description: 

The Workforce Intelligence team is responsible for all aspects of workforce data strategy, analytics and reporting, data governance, and the development of AI and machine learning-based solutions. Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes. The Workforce Partnership Analyst is partnering with external and internal partners to design and deploy data systems and platforms.  

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to implement the data systems/platforms strategy that allows BUHR and people leaders to leverage workforce insights that drive evidence-based decision-making  

  • Leading external vendor relationships and partnerships to maximize what their data systems and platforms provide in our internal data ecosystem offerings 

  • Owning and driving the digital and workforce analytics product lifecycle from envisioning to deploying and operating

  • Transforming delivering projects into full-stack product management by building platform components 

  • Developing a deep understanding of the customer landscape and building the voice of the users into product features that enhance the user interface  

  • Role modeling the best utilization of data systems/platforms with a portfolio of use cases, deploy, and scale in partnership with Workforce Analytics, Data Governance, and Technology teams 

  • Partnering with team members to build the roadmap of future enhancements to tool, liaison with the Vendor Technical Lead on all troubleshooting support, testing, and improving all enhancements around design, data sources, data workflows, calculations, and security 

  • Collaborating with team members on the training, communication, and launch plans 


Position Requirements: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, business, technology, human resources management, or other related discipline is required 

  • Minimum of four years of experience working with data management and visualization 

  • Strong data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and visualization capabilities using tools such as Power BI Qlik, Tableau, and/or MS Excel 

  • Highly analytical strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop actionable intelligence 

  • Experience with user creative problem solving to generate new perspectives and innovative solutions  

  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and initiative within established guidelines  

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve organizational goals 

  • Deep attention to detail and flow-through while establishing procedures 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Prior experience with managing external vendor relationships preferred 

  • Experience with programming languages such as R or Python
