As a business development manager at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, it is your main goal to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (sales teams and customers) to understand their aches, pains and unmet needs and to guide them in how J&J's technology and services can help them in the short term and, more importantly, in the long term. You search for opportunities through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity, and are in a unique position to be able to match external needs with our internal offerings in terms of products and solutions.

What we are looking for

·        A marketeer taking ownership of our thoracic surgery specialty and product range, covering Belgium and Great Duchy of Luxembourg

·        Authentic (indirect) leadership style with strong collaborative capabilities

·        Proven track record in sales and product management, with a strong preference for MedTech sector (or relevant medical experience)

·        Experience in project management

·        A curious and analytical mind

·        In-depth understanding of (Med)Tech sector and value-based healthcare

·        Ability to work independently within a matrixed team environment.

·        Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation, and prioritization skills

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment in constant flux.
