The Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner- Early in Career will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to create and implement highly differentiated strategies that ensures J&J is attracting, assessing and acquiring top Early in Career talent in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
・Lead Early in Career Team, responsible for early talent recruitment and engagement
・Curate University Relationships, including career centers, student groups, and professors
Lead in recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to the process to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
・Proactively source (e.g. networking, internet research, university events & conferences) and recruit for University hires corporate-wide.
・Develop and execute diversity hiring initiatives to bring in diverse top talent
・Review and assess candidate applications, education and training, salary desired, other skills and abilities to determine qualification for employment; conduct interviews
・Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, Company policies, and other related information.
・Initiate job opening status reports to obtain approval to begin the employment process.
・Work with management to confirm candidate selection and salary
・Make offer to selected applicant and serve as the interface between management and applicant to reach offer acceptance
・Provide ongoing advising value to clients to improve search/recruitment efforts by remaining current on industry trends and developments
Kwalificaties
Education:
A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience And Skills:
Required:
・A minimum of 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition, university hiring, Human Resources, or in a related field of work is required
・Solid understanding and exposure to Early in Career strategy. You will need to look at multiple channels to identify candidates and engage creative strategies to attract candidates.
・Strong project management skills with the demonstrate ability to interact with senior business leaders to drive their Early Talent recruiting processes is required
・Strong presentation skills to connect with broad audiences with impact is required
・Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights is required
・Strong leadership skill and stakeholder management skill, strong commitment and ownership
・Global mindset and proactive and strategic thinking
・Excellent English communication skill not only in oral, but also in Written
Preferred:
・Strong understanding of the under-grad, graduate and MBA, recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, university recruitment cycles) is preferred.
