Job Description

·       To develop commercial excellence analysis to improve business efficiency & effectiveness

·       To manage database and support business operation in systems

·       Source, analyze and integrate data to translate into meaningful insights that inform business decision making, enable a strategic direction development, drive organization action, build competencies and business growth

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Partner with stakeholders and organize activities to support mental healthcare providers

·       Formulate and execute plans to achieve objectives

·       Communicate medication updates/ information to health care providers

·       Collaborate with sales, marketing and medical affairs team to achieve objectives

·       Detail-minded with good sense of job prioritization, strong communication skills and multi-taking ability

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

·       System enhancement & management e.g. JIMS, iConnect, iDiscover

·       Project lead to communicate with local Business Technology (BT) and other regional stakeholders etc. on effective use of sale force effectiveness and commercial excellence solutions

·       Data management and analytics:

o   Data mapping & manipulation from input (sales system) to output (reports, KPI)

o   Project Lead for business and competitive intelligence sources and systems, facilitating access and training to the relevant data sources and subscriptions

o   Work with market access, finance and commercial teams etc. on their analytics needs, and provide analytics including reporting and dashboards.

o   Lead market research and management

o   Support business partners in assessing new initiatives and strategies

o   Provide insights and proposal for company strategies for Management Team

·       As a key partner with BUs to assess and identify selling skills, training needs, develop / source and implement / facilitate and coordinate sales competencies related training programs

·       Work with BU in optimizing sales force   deployment

·       Manage SFE affairs such as target setting, incentive payout, incentive calculations and review

·       Comply with integrity and compliance standards

Job Requirements:

·       University / Bachelor degree or above,

·       Generally requires 2+ years reputable sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry

·       Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

·       PC skill

·       3+ years’ solid commercial excellence experience is required for managerial title

Preferred Requirements:

·       Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and changes in the business model

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and communicate a cohesive story through qualitative and quantitative data analysis

·       Strong PC skill. Proficient in using MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (VBA or other programming language is advantage)
