Job title: Manager, data insight and AA/AI/ML
Job Description:
In this position, you will gain and maintain the understanding of business across JJMT China, deliver business value through data insight, advance analytics, AI and machine learning. You will work closely with business and technology teams to maximize the value of data. You will need to generate, interpret and present analytical information and insights using advance analytics, AI and machine learning skills, drive actions and engagement for multiple business teams. You will also design and develop solution to advance the utilization of data including data acquisition, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, predictive model, and so on.
Kwalificaties
Qualification:
- 7+ years working experience, 5+ years’ experience in data analytics area and data scientist / machine learning engineer experience
- Capable to identify problem, gather & review information, develop and evaluate options, make decisions and implement solutions
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with the implementation of algorithm with Phyton, Spark, R or Scala (at least one)
- Experience with model tuning, validation and evaluation is preferred
- Experience in medical industry analytics is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience
- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics or related field
