Account Manager Acuvue – Skåne, Sweden (fixed term contract 15 months)

Working as an Acuvue Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision is all about partnering with our customers. With motivating sales targets, you work towards building relationships and partnerships between our company and the owners of optical stores, opticians, and store staff. The position is in Sweden and the geographic districts covered by the Account Manager are with your base from home in the Swedish, Skåne area. You will be travelling with overnight stay of around 10-30% of your working time and will cover both nearby areas as distanced area through Face-to-Face meetings and virtual meetings.

Objectives of the Position

You are responsible for the development and growth of your region´s sales. You are accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, follow up on customer and sales activities and the development of customers and the business in your region.

You will join a team of 6 Account Managers that covers the rest of Nordic South and a Nordic team with the head office based in Stockholm. You will primarily be working in the field spending 80% of your time visiting optical outlets. The right candidate therefore feels comfortable structuring their own workday and stay in contact with their colleagues over Phone/Teams and e-mail. You report to the Area Sales Manager, Nordics South.

We are looking for a candidate that has ambitions for a future career within Johnson & Johnson and for whom the role as an Account Manager is the steppingstone to their next career move.

Kwalificaties

  • Education, bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
  • Experience of Sales (prior industry – or FCMG sales experience is a merit but not a requisite)
  • Swedish proficient and English sophisticated is a must.
  • Valid European driving license
  • Located in South of Sweden, preferably Skåne
  • Available to start working in beginning of next year for 15 months (fixed term contract)
