- Serve as a specialist in Joint Reconstruction Products and Velys Robotic assisted solutions, providing high-level technical data and product expertise to healthcare professionals
- Conduct training and educational programs for healthcare professionals and provide in-theatre guidance to surgeons and nursing staffs on the effective use of Joint Reconstruction products during surgical procedures.
- Organize and support Professional Education events, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and application techniques are communicated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative network that enhances service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, share, and implement best practices with peers and internal partners to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
- Effectively prioritize and respond to requests in high-stress environments, maintaining composure and strategic focus during critical interactions.
- Engage in meaningful diagnostic dialogues with surgeons, identifying their needs and challenges, and devising strategic solutions that align with business goals.
- Candidates with experience in robotic surgery will be eligible for a senior-level position.
