Job Duties: Develop tests, tools, and processes vital to preparation and execution of design verification. Develop tests that holistically verify the safety and efficacy of the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Robotics system. Work closely with engineers from all functional teams including R&D, systems architecture, and quality engineering to guide requirements and product development for testability. Ensure produced test documentation is aligned with FDA design control processes (21CFR820.30) and IEC 62304. Design and lead verification strategy and execution for a robotic sub-system/system. Work closely with system and quality engineering to ensure requirement testability. Communicate plans to technical and non-technical leadership. Develop test methods that accurately test requirements, including protocol development, fixture design, test validation, script development, analysis of data, and test report generation.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Verification Engineer-related occupation.
