Als Teil unserer Finanzbuchhaltung ist der Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) zuständig für die Bearbeitung der Leistungsabwicklung zwischen dem Unternehmen und seinen Lieferanten. Durch den Einsatz von Workflow in SAP werden viele Aufgaben prozessgesteuert unterstützt. In der Kreditorenbuchhaltung erwarten Sie anspruchsvolle, spannende und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
· Als Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) prüfen und buchen Sie Lieferantenrechnungen mittels Workflow
· Die Vorbereitung der Zahlungsläufe sowie die Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen obliegt Ihrer Verantwortung
· Sie übernehmen die Nachverfolgung von Rechnungsdifferenzen von Abteilungen und Lieferanten
· Die Kreditorenkontenklärung und -pflege, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Mahnungsbearbeitung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
· Dabei stellen Sie die Abstimmung und Dokumentation von Konten nach SOX-Richtlinien sicher
· Sie unterstützen bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

ABIOMED Europe GmbH is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) in Aachen.
As part of our financial accounting department, the Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) is responsible for the processing of service transactions between the company and its suppliers. Through the use of workflow in SAP, many tasks are supported in a process-controlled manner. Challenging, exciting and responsible tasks await you in Accounts Payable.
Main responsibilities:
· As an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d), you will check and post supplier invoices using workflow
· You will be responsible for preparing payment runs and processing payment transactions
· You will be responsible for tracking invoice discrepancies from departments and suppliers
· You will also be responsible for clarifying and maintaining vendor accounts, accruals and deferrals and processing reminders
· You will ensure the reconciliation and documentation of accounts in accordance with SOX guidelines
· You will provide support with monthly and annual financial statements
資格
Ausbildung:
· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
Erfahrung und Fertigkeiten:
Erforderlich:
· Sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 FI und den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
· Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Motivation Neues zu lernen
· Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Wünschenswert:
- Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
Sonstiges:
· Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience in accounting
Experience and Skills:

· Confident handling of SAP R/3 FI and the common MS Office applications
