Janssen Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's family of companies, is currently recruiting a Manager of Commercial Affairs, specializing in Pulmonary Hypertension to cover Montréal downtown, Laval, North Shore, Trois-Rivières, Outaouais and Abitibi. This is a 12 month contract role.

The Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize activities and resources so that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key targeted specialists, including respirologists, cardiologists and rheumatologists.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical insight and strategic thinking to deliver customer value.
  • Become an acknowledged expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment, including customers’ needs, promoted products, reimbursement and competitive set.
  • Conduct speakers ’programs and educational symposia in their assigned territory.
  • Provide necessary information to physicians to improve their knowledge of disease, diagnosis and promoted products.
  • Keep an updated database of physicians within territory and create reports on activities.
  • Provide feedback on the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with all cross functional team members to ensure optimal territory performance.

  • Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree, scientific or medically related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required
  • Experience in cardiovascular, rheumatology and pulmonary diseases will be considered a strong asset

  • Valid Driver’s license is required.
