Johnson & Johnson Technology Services organization is looking for an IT Global Service Owner- myMEDISET. This position will be based out of Bridgewater, New Jersey and may require up to 25% domestic and international travel.

The myMEDISET solution is an SAP bolt on supporting the loan and consignment business for cases needed for surgeries in the Medical Device business with implementations in LATAM, NA (Canada), EMEA and ASPAC.

Responsibilities 

The position is part of the global CoE in JJ TS SC US with responsibility for service on several platforms in collaboration with business stakeholders, BU IT partners in alignment with JJ TS strategy and roles.

Responsible for managing demand intake, forecasting, resource supply planning and financial management for TS services in Deliver / myMEDISET area
Accountable for the delivery of services in Deliver / myMEDISET area, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs, including on-time and on-budget delivery of orders. Responsible for addressing issues and challenges pertaining to the service, and expediting / resolving issues that may require partnership across the organization
Close collaboration with support organization for myMEDISET to interact with vendor for standard fixes and continuous improvement of solution
Manage a team that designs, operates, and continually improves the service in deliver / myMEDISET area. Understand service demand in the specific region and manage prioritization and allocation of resources. This includes the management and selection of vendor resources that are employed to deliver the service in the region.
Take overall accountability for proposing service-based solutions to customers. This includes providing estimates and quotes in coordination with the professional service support center and other service-based teams
Connect with internal and external partners, vendors and research organizations to understand emerging trends and transform those insights into service improvements. Instigate and lead innovation and proof-of-concept initiatives to continually improve service performance or address emerging / unmet customer needs.
Strong collaboration and alignments with Global template owner and regional partners to improve template and define localization following strong needs in region/country.


Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required, with 5 years in highly matrix large enterprise organizations preferred.
Expertise in SAP business processes is required.
Experience working with Deliver / myMEDISET is required.
Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery experience is required.
Experience managing projects using SDLC is required.
Global experience (with multiple countries, regions) and associated cultural awareness is required.
Experience in directly managing people and/or virtual teams is required.
Ability to manage high level of complexity, as well as the ability to be comfortable operating amongst other commercial stakeholders is required.
Results Orientation/Sense of Urgency – ability to drive to tight timelines along with a strong customer focus is required.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required.
Proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result required.
