As a member of the Antibody Generation Group, the Principal Scientist, Immune Response Modulation will work closely with cross-functional groups to execute immunization strategies in rodents, llamas, and rabbits. This will include strategic design for immunogen-adjuvant combinations, route of administration, and dose schedule to generate therapeutically-relevant antigen binders to support both mono- and multi-specific concepts. The Principal Scientist will also be responsible for innovation of existing methods for eliciting an immune response in host species (IE. Subtractive immunizations, tolerance-breaking strategies, DNA immunizations).
- PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with therapeutic antibody discovery
- Must have Project Management experience
