The Business Analyst role will support the Sterilmed business within Johnson and Johnson Medical Devices Companies (JJMDC).  The role includes providing operational support to each of the business units that will be reprocessing through Sterilmed.  Operational support will include support for product ordering, day to day operations, analytics, customer and product yield reporting.  A key component will also be supporting the businesses in the development of unique programs to provide a total JJMDC solution for new and reprocessed products.


Lead customer interface for ordering and supply of products direct from Sterilmed
Address contract and purchase order related inquiries 
Manage and monitor Point of Use (POU) deployment across new and existing accounts including project management and reporting
Drive process and business improvements across key accounts in line with business strategy
Lead customer reporting and analytics
Support to stakeholder businesses on business proposals to drive a One MD approach for new and reprocessed products
Invoice reconciliation
Managing customer issues & questions

3+ years progressive experience in an operational / marketing operations or business role
Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external customers 
Ability to deliver accurate and actionable results on a timely basis and shape by improving business processes and customer experiences
Strong time management and customer focus and ability to multi task
Business / financial acumen
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with strong customer commitment and orientation
Bilingual – English / French – written and spoken
SAP knowledge
Marketing and customer service orientation 
Strong knowledge of MS Excel; Visio and Word
Ability to manipulate and manage large sets of data
Six Sigma experience or knowledge with business process improvement and “can do” attitude
