As a member of HR Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics, the Manager Workforce Analytics Advisory Services is responsible for developing strong relationships with senior HR leaders in Total Rewards and Global Talent Management to identify how analytics can provide insights to workforce challenges and add value to the enterprise. Key responsibilities:
  • Shape, prioritize, and develop potential actions for projects identified in partnership with senior HR leaders
  • Connect with the appropriate team (e.g. Global Services, Workforce Analytics) to assign value added projects
  • Partner with other members of Workforce Analytics to support preparation of summary insights for senior HR leaders
  • Collaborate with other members of Workforce Analytics to find creative opportunities for leveraging data across multiple sectors and regions
  • Leverage external resources to proactively identify new analytics projects that will drive value across the enterprise
  • Support analytics for annual internal HR deep-dive research paper
  • Use Tableau, Qlik, and workday to address urgent HR leader reporting needs

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 years relevant work experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Analytics experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred
  • Ability to translate research learnings into actionable insights preferred
  • Approximately 10% domestic travel
