For this role you will be responsible for all Vision Surgical marketing and sales activities to achieve the business' objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget. 

Main responsibilities:

• Directs marketing and sales activities to ensure that short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved. 
• Collaborates with product development staff to implement product modifications or improvements to product line. 
• Provides input for the development of products which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach. 
• Oversees the development of sales processes and pricing models. 
• Motivates marketing and sales staff. 
• Coaches and mentors subordinate and appraises subordinate performance. 
• Develops and implements short- and long-range sales and marketing plans. 
• Formulates marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. 
• Identifies new markets and applications to assure volume growth. 
• Full P&L responsibilities.


• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent (Marketing, Administration, i.e.).
• 10-12 Years Work Experience with Sales and Marketing.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to travel up to 30% required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Strong leadership, coaching skills required.
• Demonstrated management abilities required.
• Experienced with direct communications and interactions with end customer/ user.
