The Manager of Customer Diagnostics & Outcomes is responsible for defining, developing and deploying the strategy and execution of customer diagnostic assessments and outcomes to drive strategic sales, impact of training at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute.  The person will create the deliverables and analysis to collect data, analyze factors of targeted customer populations to better understand challenges and opportunities impacting organizational culture and performance and assist with customer outcomes.  
This individual will partner closely with other stakeholders including Behavior Science, Implementation, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content, Finance, Contracting, and Marketing. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research expertise to translate complex data into insightful and actionable recommendations for our clients.
  • Acting as a liaison between Account Managers, Implementation and key client contacts, ensuring the flawless execution of large-scale survey projects
  • Create customized briefings, reports and PowerPoint presentations that tell a solutions-based story for customers
  • Conduct routine analysis, apply new statistical and analytical methods, research tools, and data visualization techniques to discover the most compelling means of displaying and delivering powerful results
  • Expertise in methodology to collaborate with other team members, analyze findings and field client questions.
  • Develop and establish operating goals, policies, and procedures to administer assessment diagnostics
  • Recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency related to assessments.
  • Determine implementation plans, schedules, resource needs and supporting logistics for deployment of customer diagnostic assessments
  • Develop and monitor outcomes based metrics to track impact of training
  • Promote strong processes as a way of achieving consistent, high quality, repeatable results
  • Establish a long-term vision and how this will contribute to the success of the business.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Implementation team to meet objectives of strategic accounts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, or a quantitative field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a professional corporate business setting applying multiple advanced statistical techniques that solve business problems, including: multilevel analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis
  • Experience in training, leadership & organizational development, human resources and preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques and digital platforms; familiarity with Qualtrics a plus

 This position is located in Orlando, FL full-time and may require up to 40% travel.
