Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Customer Logistics Operations Lead, located in Markham, ON. 


In this role, you will lead changes for multi-sector Customer Logistics teams to deliver optimization and integrity of SAP and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for ensuring SAP Sales and Distribution optimization and integrity 

You will partner with business and IT teams to define and articulate user requirements, and lead the testing required to implement SAP SD system changes

You will lead the troubleshooting of SAP and satellite system issues

You will prepare and deliver training on new functionality and system changes

You will be working in a SOX control environment, where you will have responsibilities at month end and as part of system improvements to ensure compliance

You will collaborate with teams and third party providers across Johnson & Johnson locally, as well as around the globe, to lead and implement Deliver strategies and solutions 



Qualifications
Education:
University degree or equivalent experience

Experience and Skills:

We work in a dynamic, team environment where these Experiences and Skills will be needed: 
You have 5+ years experience working in SAP SD and have an in-depth business knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, and can inspire change across teams within the organization
You have a bias for action on priorities and are results driven with excellent project management skills
PE/Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing preferred
Other:
Bilingualism (English / French) preferred
