- Elaboration and participation in the executive team of the Transformation and Digital Mindset initiative, focusing on the change of culture and engagement of the entire company, considering different levels of intervention: administrative, management and executive committee;
- New area lead that will be responsible for Digital & Multichannel, with attributions that include identifying new digital tools, analytics and digital results;
- Providing analytics to drive digital insights and business buy in, effectiveness and suggest new opportunities to better engage with stakeholder (internally and externally);
- Sense of curiosity and connection to search for Global initiatives and leverage internal tools and practice to regional countries. Drive Brazil and a major digital enabler to LATAM;
- Responsible for identifying and connecting with strategic stakeholder, identifying digital ambassadors, clients and digital influencers (internally and externally);
- Find and coordinate content providers, digital media agencies, publishers to boost material regarding to out therapeutic areas;
- Interface with IT and other technology and business consultants to build a digital roadmap with innovative and emerging technologies;
- Lead our business to include in their strategies the usage of different channels building a company's digital ecosystem: websites (institutional, for health professionals and patients), social networks, applications, events, digital promotion;
- Development of a strategy for disseminating institutional, scientific and patient content, with strong action in media plans according to our internal compliance and communication rules;

- Graduated in Technology, Administration, Communication, Pharmaceutical and areas related;
- English (fluent) and Spanish (Intermediary);
- Strong experience in Digital Multichannel.
- Previous experience or participated in Agile projects, Design thinking or Customer Experience.
- Clear patient centralized focus, patient and customer experience;
- Excellent communication skills with organization leadership capacity to lead different areas and hierarchies by influence;
