The Feasibility Insights Manager will be primarily accountable for the strategy, use, and expert knowledge of clinical trial intelligence and technologies related to the Feasibility Center of Excellence roles and responsibilities.  This position plays a key role in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the use, application, and business process of innovative Feasibility-related modeling tools, technology platforms, and data sets to enhance insights applied to feasibility analyses.  This position is supported by the Feasibility Insights Group Lead and will closely interface with Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) and R&D IT and technology owners to ensure that system set up, integration, data flow, maintenance, training, and operational implementation plans are effectively executed.  The Feasibility Insights team will develop and maintain a data source library where the Feasibility Insights Manager will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for each data source and be able to derive the best possible data for global feasibility analyses.  This position will support the Feasibility Insights Group Lead in tracking efficiencies resulting from the
implementation of new technology initiatives related to program, protocol, site, and enrollment feasibility.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Provide data Intelligence content mapping and strategic services for program, protocol, site feasibility and enrollment as part of an end to end function within the Feasibility Center of Excellence.
  • Utilize public, proprietary, and internal data sources to search for, extract, and analyze relevant information pertaining to clinical trial execution.
  • Create and own feasibility technology business processes with internal and external users.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to complete technology assessment activities.
  • Develop and effectively deliver on technology and data source implementation plans.
  • Administer Feasibility tools.  Tasks may include: managing study specific user access and roles; managing system reporting; inform, address, and implement technology and tool enhancements to completion.
  • Coordinate with the Feasibility and R&D Data Sciences organizations to more effectively target value-added data sources.
  • Evaluate data sources for quantitative analytics utilization.
  • Support operational enrollment projection and enrollment tools in coordination with the Trial Optimization Analysts and relevant R&D IT or Enabling Business Information Solutions (EBIS) functions.
  • Contribute to developing the Feasibility 1, 3, and 5-year technology roadmap.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required to support internal business needs.

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution, applied technology, and/or business operations is required.
  • Experience in the areas of drug development, clinical trial operations, and strategic planning is preferred.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience working for a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred.
  • Experience in driving and implementing new technologies and technology strategies is preferred.
  • Experience in applying data content to create useful insights is preferred.
  • Feasibility experience is preferred.
  • Strategic marketing experience is preferred.
  • Project management skills required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects preferred.
  • Experience with information systems required.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical and analytical principles required.
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong planning, tracking, and organizational skills.
  • Must have effective leadership skills and a proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness.
  • Must have the ability to work well in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and respond to changing needs of a rapidly growing organization.
  • The ability to collaborate with all levels of management and influence decision-making in a global, matrix environment is required.
  • This position will require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
