This position is within the Supply Chain PLO organization, which is focused on developing new digital capabilities to enable personalized customer needs and preferences and identifying emerging technologies that can help accelerate the growth of digital adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish internal and external connections and partnerships with key leaders within the organization and, externally, startups and other innovation entities in the Digital Supply Chain Innovation space.
  • Time, Effort, and Focus: 50%
  • This responsibility would be to first focus on connecting with startups, projects, research, students, and other innovation entities that are in the Digital Supply Chain and Healthcare Supply Chain Innovation spaces. After building initial connections and relationships, the candidate will be responsible for understanding how to apply the technology and/or capability to help service a specific business problem. Additionally, there will be responsibilities including analysis of existing technologies to leverage and/or investing in research and development of such technologies to integrate within our organizational offerings.
2. Discovery of customer problems and opportunities to embrace customer centricity and better serve our diverse customers.
  • This responsibility would focus on the customer centricity of connecting and building relationships with our diverse customers to learn about their situations and environments to better serve them. It is imperative to empathize with the customer to start identifying problems and areas for improvement that can be addressed by our team. This would include exploring innovation entities that are focused and targeted on these problems and areas for improvement, and sharing learnings to the broader team for stronger collaboration and better service to our customers. This can be accomplished through in-depth customer research, immersion, ride-along participation, and workshops. Afterward, drafting a set of hypotheses that could be tested, based off a development of a work product, could be required.
3. Assist in the development of rapid prototypes and minimum viable products based on partnerships with startups and other innovation entities.
  • This responsibility would primarily be in partnership with the Rapid Prototyping Tiger team to assist in their work based outcomes and outputs of other responsibilities. By partnering with innovation entities and exploring customer opportunities, the applicant would work with the Rapid Prototyping teams to build new innovative technologies, processes, and services. The candidate would own the processes of drafting user stories, acceptance criteria’s, and following Agile processes to deliver the work to the customer.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems or other related field is required.
  • A Minimum of 4 years work experience is required.
  •  A minimum of 3years of related work experience, as a Business Analyst, is required.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivery of complex projects and programs utilizing Agile delivery techniques.
  • Successfully acted in a role of development and delivery of digital products
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global teams
  • Understands Product Development and building out MVP (minimally viable products)
  • Proven record of delivery against deadlines is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Well-developed presentation and facilitation skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage working relationships and business partnerships, remotely if needed, is required.
  • Up to 15% travel is required (domestic and international).
