Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an IT LEAD (SAP Finance – FI) to be part of a fast-paced, innovative, and highly visible teams implementing projects/enhancements within Deliver areas for the J&J organization. He/she be Accountable to manage the integrated build with the Software Engineers, Data team, Configuration experts, Legacy teams, Testers, Trainers and Change Control to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed and responsible for projects, enhancements and service requests delivery. The person will take in the user requirements and functional specifications and co-ordinate the technical and functional design, cut-over activities, implementation and support in the FI module primarily and CO is desired and interfaces to legacy applications related to Finance area.

As a Finance IT lead you will be performing Functional Analyst, Scrum master and when the necessary experience is gained Solution Architect role within Supply Chain Technology Services - you will be Accountable to manage the integrated build with the Software Engineers, Data team, Configuration experts, Legacy teams, Testers, Trainers and Change Control to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed.

Responsibilities

As a SAP Application IT Lead in FI with deep knowledge on business processes must deliver projects and enhancements in Finance.
Provides coaching and guidance to other internal team members and/or offshore teams on service and projects deliveries related.
Analyze business issues and requirements, balancing the often competing needs for innovation and standardization/process harmonization, to develop/propose and estimate solutions.
Execute end-to-end analysis to guarantee technical impact attending business requirements and supporting Architecture team as a Finance Specialist.
Ensure high quality and cost efficient SAP application projects, enhancements and service requests. Take a finance leading role in projects.
Manage the implementation of changes. Ensure that these changes do not disrupt existing functionality on these productive clients.
Be the key technical advisor to project teams.
Ensures Regression Testing is planned appropriately for solution.
Reviews Data and Security Requirements for the User Story during Sprint Planning.
Works with Support Management to ensure the appropriate support model is in place post Production.
Works with Testing, Software Quality Assurance and IT Risk Assurance services to ensure requirements are met according to SOX or GxP.
Must be able to determine change in priorities and adapt accordingly. Provide support off-hours as needed.



Qualifications
Requirements

B.A. /B.S. degree preferably in Finance, Information Technology or Business.
+7 years of IT experience in a corporate environment supporting SAP FI projects is required.
Previous experience with SAP FSCM, NFe, Tax and Global Projects.

Additional competencies:

Excellent knowledge of the SAP FI (mandatory) and CO (desired) .
Experience in reviewing functional specifications, coordinating technical design and developments in the FI and CO space and interfaces to legacy applications.
Strong financial business insight in supply chain financial process is preferred and ABAP skills for debugging is desired.
SAP Solution Manager - Service Desk and CHARM modules.
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and a fluent knowledge of English.
Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend work).
Project related travel may be required (less than 25%).
Agile project delivery experience is desired and Scrum Master Certified would be a plus.
