Reporting to the Finance Director, Consumer Supply Chain, this newly-created position is to provide financial support to a multi-year strategic transformational Consumer Supply Chain Productivity project. The transformational project initiatives covered are complex in nature and require proactive partnership and leadership at the enterprise and regional level.
•Partner with various Supply Chain teams to establish processes and procedures, coordinate/consolidate forecasts and actual results, provide appropriate accounting guidance.
•Coordinate full plan updates and conduct reviews with project leads and Consumer Supply Chain PMO.
•Partner with regional project teams to ensure Corporate reporting is correct for all plans and updates including correct allocation to programs.
•Review program progress against plan, establish financial reporting structure, communicate with PWC and defend accounting treatment, develop cross-charging approach and mechanism, and manage headcount reporting.
•Ability to educate project teams on financial issues and concepts will be required.
•This role has a high level of visibility to Senior Finance Management.

•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
•A minimum of 5 years of professional finance experience and knowledge of GAAP is required.
•An MBA and advanced certification, CPA or CMA is preferred.
•Prior experience supporting the Supply Chain is preferred.
•Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of an organization is preferred.
•Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills are required. (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, & VLOOKUP functions)
•Previous leadership experience is preferred, as the manager will work closely with Consumer Supply Chain home office, plant finance, and enterprise supply chain personnel.
•Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing, as there will be frequent interactions with senior leadership.
•Must be proactive, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity.
•Possess the ability to simplify and articulate significant complexity to frame project financial status.
•Comfortable creating new processes and procedures.
•The ability to partner and work across cultural and time zone differences.
•This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ.
•This position may require up to 10% of domestic travel.
