This Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) provides comprehensive BI support to the North America (NA) Commercial teams.

 

This role is responsible for working with multi-function personnel within the NA Commercial organization including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to track performance of commercial activities to identify progress, areas of opportunity or issues and provide insights/data driven recommendations.

This Analyst is embedded in Commercial “Pods” not only supporting decisions with Business Intelligence, but also influencing Key Performance Indicator's development and success metrics. {lays a key role in Program (product, investment, service, etc.), Audience (consumer, customer, ECP, etc.) and Targeting plans, performance and related decisions.

 

This individual works closely with BI and IT associates to advance data, reporting and analytic tools/capabilities ensuring timely analysis and maximum efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use multiple internal and external sources of data and analytics to develop & track KPIs (digital measurement & tracking including attribution) and diagnose Digital Performance to identify potential opportunities & challenges

  • Drive the preparation and delivery of Digital Dashboards within the digital and social domains including company Websites, Digital Ads, Search and Social Analyze and articulate the relationships between value (revenue, cost), digital engagement (web metrics, mobile, app engagement), customer/consumer segments, offline and online engagement

  • Design test models, data sources and capture, define success metrics and objectives, and report on results to determine ways to improve marketing strategies and achieve larger business objectives

  • Work with I.T., technical professionals, and other specialists to drive organization’s digital level data and advanced analytical technologies and capabilities to optimize digital media investments.

  • Develop consumer and professional insights using online and offline data



Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in business, digital marketing, statistics, mathematics, or related field is required. MBA, MMR or MS preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Digital Analytics is required.

  • Experience supporting digital campaigns and developing closed loop measurements is required

  • Experience in industry leading eCommerce and/or CRM tools is preferred.

  • Proven expertise in data analysis tools like Tableau - Visualization/Data Discovery, Digital/Social Metrics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social platforms), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to reconcile external and internal data sources, ability to understand, interpret and apply advanced analytics to solve business issues.

  • Experience working with Marketing Mix Models and Multi-touch Attribution is preferred.

     

This position is located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 15% travel.
