The Payer/Provider Analytics Manager is responsible for providing key national, regional and account level payer/provider analytics that improve CVM Brand performance. This role also leverages subnational payer data to provide insights that impact brand fulfilment and persistency strategies. In this role, you will: 

Payer/Provider Analytics

  • Elevate and enhance brand access performance reports to establish baseline payer understanding at all levels of the organization to ensure market access is at the forefront of brand strategy
  • Develop local-level payer and provider pull through opportunities to maximize access and capitalize on competitive differentiation
  • Lead comprehensive analysis of patient access and affordability to enable and inform brand fulfillment & persistency strategies, leveraging subnational payer data
  • Collaborate with Forecasting Team to incorporate payer specific assumptions into all Brand forecast BPs, via GTN, MARR, and refined Access Forecast

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial disciplines such as marketing, analytics, finance and/or strategy consulting; or 2 years with an advanced degree
  • Experience working with pharma and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, IntegriChain, MMIT, DRG Managed Markets) 
  • Strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues
  • Experience analyzing disparate data sources to address business questions and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including developing effective presentations
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making across different levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of high performance, innovative approaches to quantitative analysis, and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated success partnering across cross-functional organization to solve business problems
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity


  • An advanced degree or MBA
  • Experience utilizing advanced data processing tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python) 
  • Knowledge of market access dynamics (e.g. payers, IDNs, specialty pharmacy, distribution) 
  • Prior experience leading effective project teams 
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, promotional response modelling etc.) and experience with real-world applications
  • Expertise in domain specific data sets of pharma and specialty pharmacy data sources (including RWE, Patient level data, etc.)

This position is based on Titusville, NJ and will require up to 20% travel
