The Consumer Sales Division is looking for driven and determined student leaders to join our Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) Internship in our Markham (ON) office. The SLDP Internship is a four-month program beginning in May 2019 designed to develop your business expertise and leadership skills. As a SLDP intern, you will be immersed in key strategic projects within one of the following groups: Category Solutions, Revenue Growth Management or Customer Development. Using your keen eye, you will analyze data to extract insights and develop strategic recommendations that will allow our brands to thrive in the Canadian marketplace.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, as are basic computer skills
  • Through the compass of Our Credo, you demonstrate an ethics-based approach to decision-making
  • Consumer packaged goods industry experience
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing   
  • Previous experience in leading a team project
  • Preference given to undergraduate & MBA students entering their final year
