General description of the position
The Senior Process Manager for Demand Planning is a regional role responsible for Demand Planning and S&OP processes governing and continuous improvement across the region. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a strong understanding of the overall Integrated S&OP process, Demand planning and the Interaction between Supply Chain Organization and the Commercial team, with ability to work with multiple business partners and a robust knowledge of Advance Planning Systems.

The Senior Process Manager for S&OP and Demand Planning will deploy the standard global processes across the region of Regional S&OP, interaction with Local S&OP process and Demand planning at Regional and Cluster/Country level involving system capabilities. The S&OP and Demand Planning Process Senior Manager will be the LATAM SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Global Planning Excellence (GPEx) organization, Identifying benchmark process for S&OP and Demand Planning within J&J and Industry Best Practices.

Key roles and Responsibilities:
 Develop process/system capabilities in support of Regional and Local S&OP process and Governance
 Drive Demand Planning future state supporting reliability strategy and ensuring the Demand planning process fits into the overall Supply chain business process
 Regional process improvements to support improved measures for
o Lag 3 MAPE/Bias
o Lag 3 New Product MAPE
 Align S&OP and Demand Planning process across functions, Markets and Regions
 Ensuring Demand Completeness over the 24-month horizon is embedded within the organization to deliver targets within range for business conditions.
 Leading Regional process improvements with cross functional partners to continue improvements within the S&OP process.
 Lead implementation of PANGEA/OMP DP module and train end users on process & tool and assuring sustainability of the process/tool
 Lead S&OP and DP Communities of Practice

• 8 years including a minimum of two (2) years in Demand Planning, S&OP process and Demand /Supply reconciliation experience
• SAP/APO or other Advance Planning System expertise is highly preferred
• Experience with strategic planning, operational planning, distribution, transportation, contract manufacturing or customer service is highly preferred
• Six sigma/process excellence tools, training and/or certification is required
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Strong financial awareness and project management
• APICS/CPIM or IBF certification is desired
