The Senior Manager, Value Stream Management will be responsible for leading the franchise value stream, delivering and shaping long term end-to-end supply chain strategy and coordinating the execution of specific supply chain growth initiatives. The Senior Manager, Value Stream Management will also be responsible for managing and influencing the end to end supply chain including regional supply and demand alignment, regional customer service improvement, regional strategic sourcing activities, capital and capacity planning, commercialization/regional NPD launches, regional franchise cost improvement objectives, complexity reduction efforts and ensuring connection back to the global Value Stream teams within the existing operating model.

Responsibilities include:
• Partners with the commercial need state squad leader to develop the 3 year operating plan for each franchise
• Ensures strategic optimization of E2E supply chain performance and design
• Engages in development/deployment of global product strategy roadmap initiatives
• Drives evaluation of supply chain risk within the need state
• Supporting the development & execution of cost improvement efforts while balancing with commercial side implications
• Influences initial supply chain design for new products in alignment with the SPEED process
• Accountable for the regional VSM processes – Product Strategy Development, LCM Portfilio Management, Issue Management, Product Stakeholder Management, Product Portflio Optimization.
• E2E responsibility and accountability for the development and deployment of the VSM Program.
• Engages with enterprise community of practice leaders and forums and work across regions to partner in the development of Global infrastructure and process
• Executes the strategy for key commercialization and new product development efforts by collaborating with key stakeholders and franchise business leaders
• Supports the manufacturing supply chain product strategy to include regional capacity analysis and utilizing data for strategic decision- making by franchise
• Ensures supply chain assessment/input for new products is in alignment with the SPEED process
• Aligns the regional supply and demand capital requirements with the global requirements
• Supports the execution of cost improvement efforts with understanding of manufacturing and commercial implications to include Gross Profit driven by COGS and Capital Expense management
• Ensures standardization and resource availability to drive execution within the region
• Understands regional customer requirements, collaborates and aligns with cross-functional business partners to develop and E2E portfolio matrix for the

• Accountable and responsible to scope life cycle management projects and drive prioritization

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in engineering, supply chain or related areas is preferred; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Masters is preferred
• At least 10 years of related work experience in total supply chain or commercial function is required. Related experience such as manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, sales or R&D.

• Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and adept at communicating complex ideas and concepts

• Strong financial acumen with ability formulate and communicate business cases and justifications with financial lens.
• Previous leadership in managing global cross-functional teams through influence vs. direct control is preferred.
