Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Supply Chain Deliver, is recruiting for an eCommerce Product Manager position in the Customer Connectivity, Hospital Integration & Order Product Line Organization (PLO) to support global B2B eCommerce platform and Vision on demand suite. This position is located in Piscataway, NJ.

Customer Connectivity, Hospital Integration & Order PLO is leading a digital transformation to better serve our customers with a specific focus on how we can more effectively connect our teams within our end to end Supply Chain and with our commercial businesses using technology. The PLO and associated digital products serve the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Consumer sectors who not only provide creative break throughs and elite health care products but are evolving J&J’s business models to better integrate, interact and enable next generation health care solutions. This position will report to the PLO Senior Manager and will help identify requirements and support delivery of global commerce solutions in Vision and across B2B in partnership with Business Leaders, Business Technology Leaders, Regional Leaders, External Partners and Internal J&J shared services to drive, identify, prioritize and deliver product capabilities. With a start-up “keep it lean” mentality the Lead will motivate, guide, and focus their teams to deliver and develop, product strategy, product roadmap, and capabilities in support of current and future business goals.

Key Job Responsibilities
•Develop detailed product requirements that define the user capabilities, specific functional specifications, data and analytics, compliance standards, and additional details that show how the user stories are to be satisfied; partner with product owners and managers to ensure alignment and realization of business requirements during the development process.
•Primarily focused on owning the digital commerce/order product line in Vision and B2B but may include new products, and related services developed in partnership with both internal and external partners supporting both Supply Chain and other J&J entities such as commercial/sales teams
•Partners with Supply Chain deliver business partners to deliver product capabilities. Influences, articulates and implements strategic direction for their product lines in support of customer experience business strategy
•Partners with regional BTLs, Shared Services and related PLO’s to analyze business demands, recommend process and/or technology improvements, drive solutions, product releases, and product lifecycle management.
•Accountable for optimizing product delivery through continuous process improvement, platforms, digital capabilities and reuse for consistent product development. Prioritizes and aligns timing with business and IT partners to ensure overall alignment to plan
•Drive growth and enable differentiating capabilities as a competitive advantage through our platform/ecosystem capabilities, innovative technology solutions (e.g., EHR/EMR), third party offerings and/or enterprise solutions. This requires continuous learning of the latest technology and interaction with the external marketplace and customers to ensure a sound business technology strategy and continuous introduction of new solutions


Qualifications

•A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required
•A minimum of 4 years of proficient knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is required
•A minimum of 4 years working experience in Agile scrum development methodology and user story creation is required
•A minimum of 1 year of supply chain or related experience is preferred
•Experience of Hybris and/or Ecommerce platforms is preferred
•Experience of ERP/SAP Sales & Deliver is preferred
•Experience in a SOX, Validated, and/or, HITRUST environment is required
•You possess ability to effectively assimilate and communicate complex information from multiple sources
•You have the ability to partner and engage with a cross-section of people from across the organization
•You have positive relationship and interpersonal skills, strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
•You are an independent thinker and contributor
•You have a real passion for learning, attention to detail and dedication to excellence
•This position may require 15% travel
