We are currently recruiting to fill the role of Strategic Account Manager. The role consists of the following key components:


Job Responsibilities
a. Research, build vertical knowledge to become a subject matter expert in the vertical
b. Attend, network and present in conferences, symposiums etc. attended by target customers in the industry vertical
c. Drive conversion and pull through on qualified leads assigned for the vertical
d. Build outreach strategies to and deliver capabilities presentation to target customers in the vertical
e. 30% plus sales quota through new customer acquisitions
a. Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organizations (C-suite, Influencers, Buyers)
b. Work to identify key customer insights and needs and align JJHPI products and services where opportunities exist
c. Drive pull through and scale with existing customers by positioning JJHPI solutions to help transform the organization culture of wellbeing by executing JJHPI business model
d. Proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
e. Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by possessing a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process
f. Build, lead and execute approach of cross-functional account teams by partnering with cross functional teams (Delivery & Implementation, Marketing, Content, BSCi, Finance, Leadership etc) to bring value to the customers and meet customer needs
g. Meet/Exceed assigned quotas for existing customer
a. Responsible for pricing negotiations, contract management and (RFPs, contract renewal, deal creation)
b. Ensure pipeline creation, opportunity management, order booking in SalesForce
c. Identifying the right coaches as per customer needs, relationship management and program planning with the coaches
d. Follow the LAMP (Large Account Management Process) and reporting



Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience
• 5+ years of strategic account selling experience in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated level of comfort with consultative/solution selling approach
• Ability to work at C-suite level and build strong relationships and partnerships
• Global experience and an understanding and ability to work across geographies
• Intellectually agile, someone who can handle ambiguity and has a problem-solving approach
• High on customer centricity and experience of managing big strategic customers
• Financial acumen, negotiation skills and contract management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and MS office skills
• Data oriented, analytical, tech savvy and comfortable with using salesforce.com
• Proven track record of driving growth
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
